Vipin Sahijwani
Mr. Sahijwani is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer, and serves as a Portfolio Manager, at Select Investment Solutions. He is actively involved in product design, strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, and monitoring across all the company’s strategies.
Before joining Select’s parent company, Lynx Investment Advisory in 2007, Mr. Sahijwani was a Portfolio Manager at Arithmetic LLC, a hedge fund. Previous to that, he was a Senior Investment Analyst at Riggs Investment Advisors where he was a key member of the portfolio management team. Earlier in his financial career, Mr. Sahijwani was a Market Analyst with Samtel Display Devices (a venture with Mitsubishi) in India.
Mr. Sahijwani is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). He holds an MBA from The George Washington University, where he was recognized as the International Student of the Year; a master’s degree in Market Research and Forecasting from the Center for Management Development in India; and a BA in Economics from The University of Delhi, India.
He is an active member of the CFA Institute and a former President of the CFA Society of Washington DC. He currently serves on the board of Goodwin Living and on the community leadership board of the Y at Howard County.
